Return and Refund Information for Jimmie's Creations

Jimmie's Creations would like for you the customer to be pleased with your purchase and with the transaction. If you are not pleased with your purchase or transaction, please let Jimmie' Creations know of any problems with the purchase or transaction so that they may be corrected to your satisfaction.

All in stock items can be exchanged or refunded if they are returned in like new condition. Jimmie's Creations would be interested in why you’re returning the item, but you are by no means required to tell Jimmie's Creations just what the problem or mistake was.

Shipping charges for all returns are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a mistake made by Jimmie's Creations. Jimmie's Creations does ask that returns be made within 30 days of recite of purchase date.

Custom orders are a bit more complicated. If the item is such that it can not be sold to another customer due to no fault of Jimmie's Creations (for example, personalization or unusual measurements), then Jimmie's Creations will generally not be able to offer a refund or exchange. If however, the item can be sold to another customer as an in stock item, then a partial or full refund will be made depending on the item. The exact amount of the refund will depend upon the amount of hours spent on the design and the work involved.
